TRANSFORMING U.S. POLICY THROUGH JUSTICE, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND COMMUNITY POWER
Community Alliance for Peace and Justice is a grassroots organization advancing human rights, democracy, and accountability in U.S. foreign policy, with a focus on Pakistan and Palestine.
UPCOMING EVENT
Join CODEPINK and the Community Alliance for Peace and Justice for a special two-part webinar series to deepen awareness and analysis of the current situation in Pakistan. As the current U.S. administration moves toward renewed political engagement with Pakistan, many are seeking a clearer understanding of how these shifts impact democracy and civil society, with special reference to the role of the military’s crackdown on political dissent. (Second webinar details to be confirmed soon!).

CONGRESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT
Community Alliance for Peace and Justice, together with our partners Coalition to Change U.S. Policy on Pakistan and Just Foreign Policy, collaborated on this landmark letter in which 44 Members of Congress, led by Representatives Pramila Jaypal (D-WA) and Greg Casar (D-TX), signed a letter to Secretary of State Rubio calling for targeted sanctions and travel restrictions on Pakistani officials credibly accused of human rights violations.
